Bristol Street Motors originated in the early 1900’s as a single Ford dealership located on Bristol Street in central Birmingham. With over 110 dealerships and 21 manufacturers it is now the nation’s 6th largest dealer group. Bristol Streets main focus was to create the homepage as an HUB for all automotive information. This is shown in the main banner structure, almost in the style of a car magazine.
Auto Trader conducted one of the largest automotive studies in the UK surveying over 7000 consumers independently via a third party research agency in June 2015.
Consumers were asked to visit 3 randomly selected automotive websites, search for new and used cars that appealed to them, and rate each website in terms of its ease of use.
Some consumers reviewed sites via their PC (desktop), whilst others reviewed sites via their Smartphone / Tablet (mobile).
Bristol Street was awarded as the winner of Auto Traders Best Retail Digital Customer Experience 2015.
